Before we start, it must be stated that Evil alignments are exceedingly rare in humans in the real world. In modern societies, which have vastly expanded law and order apparatus coupled with technological reach, they are identified much more quickly than, say, some fantasy medieval setting, often ending up dead, in an asylum, or in prison.
And for reference to those not familiar with alignments in D&D:

Russians
You will quickly notice that revolutionaries tend to be chaotic and entrenched leaders are Lawful.
Tsar Nicholas II – Neutral with strong Lawful and slight Good tendencies, capped by his antisemitism.
Rasputin – Chaotic Neutral
Vladimir Lenin – Neutral with strong Chaotic tendencies
Josef Stalin – Lawful Evil
Nikita Kruschev = True Neutral
Leonid Brezhnev and Yuri Andropov = Lawful Neutral
Mikail Gorbachev = Neutral Good/Chaotic Good
Boris Yeltsin = Chaotic Drunk
Vladimir Putin – Lawful Neutral with Evil tendencies, especially with the referendums and bureaucracy.
Alexei Navalny = Lawful Neutral with Good tendencies
Note: Russians would do very well to get a Lawful Good leader! Navalny is closest to that ideal right now.
Average Russians: all over the place. Dissidents and ones fleeing probably not lawful anything.
Ukrainians
Ukrainians are much less prone to Lawful Evil than Russians, and consequently, more prone to Good and Chaotic.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy = Neutral Good
Americans
Donald Trump = Chaotic Neutral with evil tendencies
MAGA people = Lawful Evil if smart (Intelligence 12+) and rich; the rest are everything but good. The ones honestly obsessed (ie, not a random talking point, selective outrage) over borders are Lawful Neutral or Lawful Evil.
Old RINOS = Everything but chaotic
Democrats = Everything but evil
Moderates/Center Left = Lawful Good – Neutral Good,
The Woke Progressive Left is all but Lawful or Evil
Socialists/Bernie supporters = Chaotic Good
For most Americans, Neutral-Neutral Good are probably the most prevalent alignments in the US right now
Edit: Yougov confirmed my suspicion:
