DOJ Wants to Suspend Certain Constitutional Rights During Coronavirus Emergency
The Department of Justice has secretly asked Congress for the ability to detain arrested people “indefinitely” in addition to other powers that one expert called “terrifying”
Habeas Corpus hasn’t been suspended en masse since right after the Civil War. But if it does get suspended, we will certainly have another Civil War.
And I will be part of the rebellion. It is worth fighting for.
In the coming months expect to see the government continue to fan racial tensions and bigotry, aiming for any excuse – such as protests or civil unrest – to remove our civil liberties, exactly like the Reichstag fire in 1933.
Whatever your political bent, now is the time to be thankful for those pesky Democrats in the House who won’t let this happen. The thought of giving this inept regime dictatorial powers makes my blood boil.
The game plan:
Corona isn’t here yet – call it a hoax, suppress, suppress, suppress, blame the liberals and media, reject assistance in the form of testing kits from the globalists at W.H.O. Make sure all your cronies sell their stocks.
Corona hits – blame all of the above, and also Chinese and immigrants. Conceal the rising numbers by making it nearly impossible to get tested. Once it’s too late to stop it, claim credit for the response and say you were worried all along. Try to push through government handouts to big business. Bail out the banks to the tune of 1 trillion a day, pushing our doomsday clock and total economic meltdown to within a month’s time.
Corona kills Americans – claim you were always on it, blame all of the above, and also the libertarians; try to suspend the Constitution so you can jail all your opponents.
Corona continues to November and beyond – keep locking up opponents in cages and bankrupting the remainder of country with larger and larger handouts. If that doesn’t work, suspend the election.
You lose the election – blame all of the above and call it rigged.
Get the inevitable book thrown at you by the Southern District of New York, and many other state attorney generals. After leaving federal prison, get a job on Home Shopping Network selling inferior steaks and gaudy pinky rings.
The only thing that will peacefully prevent this nightmare scenario from happening is votes, and unfortunately, this a dangerous eight months away.
