It doesn’t last as long, but neither does life, so make the most of it and throw away that premade botted processed crap! We won’t even discuss Miracle Whip, which isn’t even mayonnaise.
So make it yourself, as you need it. It’s easy to make, easy to eat. So good, you will immediately understand why Belgians use it with their fries.
