Send this to your parents. Older people seem to fall a lot. Tai chi would be acceptable to older men who might think yoga to be too feminine. Make no mistake – it’s a martial art at its core… T’ai chi ch’uan translates as “supreme ultimate fist”.
Also I would personally recommend meditation for anyone seeking stress relief, ease of going to sleep, and focus. Once you learn it you never forget.
