I always thought it was a cosmic irony is that Bill was an avid smoker, and died of cancer.
Hearing his comedy routines about smoking – such as “New York would be Oz” and “The Philosophy of…” was especially poignant.
Then I learned it was pancreatic cancer, not lung cancer.
It’s just a ride.
A friend of mine who I lost to Alex Jones was convinced that Bill Hicks didn’t die, he just became Alex Jones. I explained to him that Bill would puke on Alex Jones.
It’s just a ride.
One of our greatest comedians ever. I wonder what he would have said about Trump. That drives me to this day to try to fill that vacuum.
Never give up the fight.
