March 19, 1984 – March 16, 2024
Dan was from Kearny, New Jersey. Although he was way too young to witness the golden age of psytrance in the early 2000s, he was a nevertheless a regular at many parties beginning in the 2000s. Dan passed away on March 16, a couple days before his 40th birthday. He will be missed by many.
This was his last Facebook post, February 1, 2024:
It’s been a year since my father’s death and it has not been easy. Depression is real, addiction is real and the side effects will kill you.

I Have drank everyday for years, but this past one had no limits.
As I lay here in the hospital for the 4th time since December with severe organ damage, I think about all the selfish decisions I’ve made that led me here on the path to the end and how mad I am at myself.
I Love and Miss you so much Dad, but I’m not ready to see you yet!
“It pains me deeply that I must announce the passing of my brother Dan Bro-Be Sadly, he passed away today. He spent his final days surrounded by both family and many many friends. In his short time here, he lived an extraordinary life filled with many outdoor adventures, an abundance of laughter, and lots of love. He was a funny guy who left a lasting impression on everyone he had met.

I would like to suggest a St. Patrick’s Day resolution: especially if you might have a drinking problem, refrain from drinking anything this year, in memory of our friend.
Of course, Dan would very much disagree with this request! Whatever you do, at least raise a virtual toast to our lost brother!
