Fentanyl isn’t going anywhere. It’s too cheap to make. Everyone who does white powder should get this when it’s available, presumably free.
But a lot of them won’t. Even heavy white powder aficionados such as recreational cocaine or ketamine users, because their brains and judgment are already fried.
And these people will join the 200 Americans who die each day to this, many of them who thought they were doing some other drug besides opiates.
Darwinism at its best.
I can count on two hands people I know who’d died due to overdoses. Please don’t make me start having to use my toes.
