On the left, a lethal dose of heroin; on the right, a lethal dose of fentanyl. 5 milligrams. It is also FAR cheaper than heroin or any other white powder. As such, it should be stored uranium grade, yet because it is illicit, it is not. Which leads to sloppiness and cross contamination. It is now killing people who thought they were doing other drugs. such as cocaine. Welcome to the two-headed apocalypse.

The deaths over three days in Suffolk County reflect a dangerous shift in the street-drug marketplace, according to police and prosecutors.
Stopping is going to be really hard for some, but if you regularly put strange white powder into your body somehow that you didn’t personally open its hermetically sealed retail packaging or personally see it manufactured, it is only a matter of time before I have to write about your life and try to make sense of it for the masses.
If you must do drugs, stick with organics.
